Award winning Birmingham based Solicitors firm, Anthony Collins approached Five Star in November 2017 with an extremely sensitive case that required a collection of varied reports around witness statements, meeting, social worker and police reports.

Challenge

All documents were required to be translated by a certain deadline so the solicitors involved could prepare their client for their hearing date. Anthony Collins required an experienced provider within the industry who understands the importance of using the right kind of translators to complete the work required. A translator with a certain level of legal background and have a certain level of understanding around legal terminology. The level of security around the case was high all documents were password protected and we were required to work under a high level of security and sensitivity.
